On the Free package, normal email goes through your own Microsoft 365 or SMTP server. Security email, such as sign-in alerts, is always delivered.

Frequently asked questions
Are prices per user?
No. Every package is priced per organisation, with limits on sites, technicians and assets. Requesters and portal users are not charged.
Is there a free package?
Yes. Free covers one site, one technician and up to 100 users, with the service desk, assets, loans and stock.
Where is my data hosted?
UK workspaces are hosted on servers based in the UK. Our US datacenter is coming online soon, and US workspaces will be hosted there.
When can I start?
Deskivo is opening workspaces in stages. Join the waiting list and we'll invite you as soon as there's room.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. Your logo is included from Starter, and custom domains with automatic HTTPS and full branding from Standard.
